How to chat with a company

HirePort Chat

 

In the HirePort platform you will find a chat box. The HirePort chat is the primary way to communicate with companies.

You can chat with the company directly and discuss interview dates, feedback, offers etc.

What you need to know:

  • The chat with a company opens up after you are invited by the company to work on a vacancy. You can discuss everything which is related to the recruitment process. 
  • If your candidate is rejected, you can still send a message to the client; for example, when you have a question about the reason for rejection. 
    *Please note that the company is not required to answer, as they already rejected the candidate.
  • When the chat opens, the phone number of the contact person will appear. Please use the phone number only when necessary (for example: when an interview is cancelled last minute, or you need to discuss an offer).
