When can the recruiter see my feedback?

The changes you make to the platform are visible to the recruiter in real time. This means that dragging a candidate to the next stage will immediately send an email notification to the recruiter. If you send feedback after an interview, the recruiter will see it immediately in the dashboard and via email.
