We currently work with a points system. With this system we're improving the recruitment process by promoting quality candidates, increasing visibility, and rewarding successful matches.

- Get rewarded: Earn a credit back when your candidate is invited for an interview, celebrating your success.
Starting now, you'll see a certain number of points for each job. These points represent the number of candidates you can introduce. When your candidate is invited for an interview, you'll receive a credit back, allowing you to propose an additional candidate.
