How to introduce a candidate

Proposing a candidate.
You can propose a candidate by adding a new candidate first (see article 'register a candidate') or choose a candidate from your list. You have two options:

Option 1.

Go to ‘Candidates’
→ ‘All candidates’
→ Choose the candidate you want to propose and click ‘Propose to job’.

→ A new screen will appear.
→Choose the job you want to propose a candidate to and click ‘Propose candidate’.​

→ A new screen will appear where you can fill in all relevant information regarding the candidate.

 


 

Option 2.
​Go to ‘Jobs’ 
→ Click on a vacancy 
→ Click on 'Appoint a candidate'.

→ Choose the candidate you want to propose and click on ‘Propose to job’.


→ The same screen will appear where you can introduce the candidate. 


Important information when introducing a candidate

  • Salary package: enter the desired gross monthly salary the candidate wants for this vacancy (this is without lease budget or other secondary benefits). 
    *Please note that the gross monthly salary is without holiday allowance.
  • Annual salary = gross monthly salary * 12.96
    You have the option to specify the salary package. If you can’t specify the package, please enter zero.
  • Introduction candidate: Enter information about the candidate's background, most relevant experience or current situation
  • Why is it a match: share information about relevant expertise and skill set of the candidate related to the vacancy
  • Reason next step: share information about why the candidate wants to change jobs/ why is the candidate interested in this company?
  • Comments: Share any relevant information which the company needs to know (e.g about visa, living situation etc).

Make sure that:

  • The candidate has been informed about the company.
  • The candidate wants to have an interview at this company for this job.
  • The location of the company is okay for the candidate.
  • The salary is within the range of the job details.

→ Click ‘propose candidate’.

Your candidate is now introduced to the company!
